Moriarty's has such a generic sauce they aren't even enjoyable. I can completely get behind the Pic-A-Lilli Inn, but it's a bit of a drive to the middle of nowhere. Too be completely honest, I really haven't been to any place yet that had wings good enough that I'd want to go back except for Westy's Tavern & Restaurant (although since it's re-opened I have not had them) and maybe Byrne's although that's more for the potato lgos.

McMenamin;s Tavern, 7170 Germantown, as close to authentic Buffalo style wings as you can get in the city. After them, I would try McGillin's Olde Ale House, 1310 Drury, whose wings are a very close second.

If Manayunk counts, I'll say T-Hogans. If not, I'm partial to City Pizza

I used to love the mango chicken wings at 12 Steps Down, but the last time I was in there, they were AWFUL and the smoking has more less chased me out.

Moriarty's, hands down. Also, the "Pete's" wings at Fergie's are fantastic, made special by the fact they contain coffee grounds.
