Best places offering women's self-defense classes in Philly/Main Line area?

My friend and I are looking to take some reasonably-priced self-defense classes specifically for women in the Philadelphia or Main Line area (preferably near Wayne/Radnor) and I haven't been able to find too much info. Suggestions would be awesome!

Sharon Bonewicz is a crazy-talented Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt who teaches rape escape class locally, here is some info pasted of of this site- http://www.grapplersquest.com/forums/seminar-series-fight-girl-flag-through-rape-escape-method

There is additional info there as well. Good Luck!!!!

Level I - Fight Like A Girl Seminar
    Sunday April 25, 2010 from 10:30am - 1:30pm (Approximately 3 hours)
    also
    Saturday May 8, 2010 3:00 - 6:00 pm (Approximately 3 hrs.)

In this program you will learn some of the basic solutions to the most common sexual assault scenarios. Wear something comfortable to move around. We will be working on the mats so no shoes but you can wear socks. We cover 6 techniques which are easy to do and easy to remember. The seminars in the past have been a lot of fun on top of a learning environment. We do a Q&A as well as provide you with statistics and information to take home with you.
The FLAG program has been around over 20 years and has been tried and tested over time and proven effective. All our students walk away feeling confident in what they learned and most importantly, remembering what they learned.
Toward the end of the seminar an "attacker" will be fully padded for you to practice on. This is probably the safest way for you to try out your new information and techniques. This is optional and you will be given plenty of opportunities to work with the attacker(s). But this is one of the things that makes this seminar unique and a lot of fun.
Space is limited so please register early. If you reserve a spot and cannot make it for some reason, please let us know so we can offer that spot to someone else. Do not assume you are signed up by adding this event. Please make sure you contact me.

    COST: $30.00
    Level 2 and 3
    LEVEL II
    Saturday March 6, 2010 3:00pm - 6:00pm

    LOCATION:

I would highly recommend Michael Morning of Domestic Life Solutions. He offers personal self defense training and uses an "only what works" style. They offer discounts for couples or pairs and cater to the Main Line region of Philadelphia. The best part about their service is they come to you and train you one-on-one! You can read more about the classes and rates on their website at www.DomesticLifeSolutions.com
