I love old city nails. They moved to new location a year ago. Very nice and clean. I would recommend no cheap manicure(shellac gel) and Brazilian wax.

Stop spamming with you incredibly overpriced beer delivery service. Anyone stupid enough to pay $31.50 plus delivery fees for a case of Bud Light deserves what they get, but the rest of us don't need your spam.

It depends on the date I prefer Asian, diners and Mexican food. I have U of Penn area covered if the date bombs I can always go to the movies after. I was looking in town that is inexpensive very public and busy. The Latham use to have a great piano bar it's a shame they closed it. I tried the Continental on Market St and The one on 18th. They are not my idea of a diner They don't even have home fries or a soup of the day. i am still trying to figure out why they have people lining up at the door. Little Pete's on 17th street is ok but it get to jammed up and might not get a booth. I have been hitting IHOP on 13th street too but it is too noisy with children

You deserve a pat on the back. I am a huge supporter of mass transit. However, I'm not going to waste 2 hours of my time getting some place with SEPTA that only takes 20 mins driving. I also don't want to get mugged. I also wish my bus didn't come once an hour and provided late night service, or that my area had sidewalks, or that I wouldn't have to pay the maximum regional rail fee while I still live within city limits. *sigh*

What do you mean: "I should...?" I don't get parking tickets precisely because I always check the rules and regulations, as well as try to stay aware of all the loopholes. People complain about parking conditions in the City around the clock, I try to stay ahead of the game the best I can. I figure. if the PPA operated in a more civilized manner, I would be glad to contribute to the City's revenue stream.

Never been towed, have never had a parking ticket. Go out of my way to prevent people from wasting their money on parking every chance I get. Each year, it becomes more and more difficult, but I still manage not to waste a single cent of my money on the PPA. Loathing the PPA is perfectly legitimate, but the fear is unfounded, some people just can't read the parking signage.
