    I use it. I live in Bella Vista. I have the home setup which is $30/month. That is the medium speed plan. I am happy with it for basic Internet use, including downloading full movies. It's not great for Xbox Live gaming, however, the latency is about 100ms. I can play online, but it lags at times. Overall though, good service.
